Today, commemorations mark 650 years of the Anglo-Portuguese Alliance, the oldest diplomatic alliance in the world still in force.
Last night I was delighted to be appointed to serve as the Cabinet Member for Health, Adult Social Care, Communities and Public Safety.
With much to do across my portfolio, I look forward to the work ahead, and I plan on hitting the ground running!
