@JonParryHis@Dr_Ulrichsen@LRB I think my favourite LRB personals ad was along the lines of:
"Aardvark lover, 57. Not really, I just wanted to be top of the column. Non-aardvark lover, seeks similar."
They dropped COVID protections.
Not restrictions.
Protections.
Just like removing seatbelt requirements would be removing protections against collisions.
Today I asked for unanimous consent to put forward a motion asking for the Standing Committee on Social Policy to investigate the @fordnation government’s role in the dismissal of Dr Brooks Fallis of William Osler Health
The government said no…
Andrea Horwath today raised numerous questions about reports an Osler Hospital doctor was fired after an angry call by Doug Ford to the hospital CEO
Min Elliot admits to several calls by Ford to the CEO
Paul Calandra says no jurisdiction has fought COVID better than Ontario
Either hospital leaders lied to @brooksfallis about his firing, or a number of them were somehow misinformed. Otherwise, a star doctor was fired from a leadership position from a Covid hotspot hospital in the third wave in response to government pressure. https://t.co/7vcfwmzzks
The @CTVW5 revelation that @fordnation called a hospital CEO to complain about a doctor’s tweets, which resulted in that doctor getting fired, is deeply concerning.
Please see my letter to the Standing Committee on Social Policy:
Randy Hillier is up for a bail hearing he is being represented by @DavidAnber, Tim Wightman is here for the crown and they are before Justice of the Peace Louise Logue

For a year, Dr. Brooks Fallis ran the Critical Care unit at a Brampton Hospital. He openly criticized Premier Ford’s COVID response and was warned by his bosses there could be consequences. Watch 'Second Opinion' this Saturday at 7 PM.
