Ruhweza, former President of the Mwiri Old Boys Association, during the Presidential Installation Ceremony of the Rotary E-Club of Ntinda.

The occasion celebrated the official installation of President Arnold Lwabi and brought together distinguished leaders and guests in recognition of Rotary's enduring commitment to service, leadership, and community impact.

I always keep wondering how this outfit makes money when they do not supply water. The monthly service fee you keep charging for dry taps surely doesn't cut it!

@like_a_gem It is true not all our roads have side walks, but several times I have seen folks jogging from Nakawa towards town running on the tarmac despite there being a side walk right from the Nakawa pedestrian bridge all the way to Wandegeya.
