@Sisi_Yemmie Although people can be deliberately fraudulent but this occurrence doesn’t only happen in Lagos/Nigeria - it can happen anywhere and can be human error. I shopped at an Asian store in Europe and an item was scanned twice - two diff experiences in the same shop. I got a refund.

@Morris_Monye In extreme cold your balls go shrink, you go begin find am. I think they both have their pros and cons. I was in Nigeria recently and the heat outside wasn’t a joke, I started wishing for cold. What helped me was 24/7 hotel electricity.
