I am so grateful to our many hardworking entrepreneurs who contribute to the rich fabric of our corridors and city. Our small businesses strengthen our local economy by providing jobs for residents, generating tax revenue for our city, and providing services that local customers and visitors can enjoy.

It was great to join @georgetownmain to discuss my work on the Council to uplift our locally owned businesses by streamlining the licensing process and funding our Main Streets and Clean Team programs. Our work must continue to ensure DC is a competitive and welcoming place for small businesses to thrive.
