@InPostUK update; I have now spoken to you CEO and reported your scams, lies and disrespect. Still waiting for that parcel… what’s the excuse, lies and BS today?
@ScammerPayback here’s one for you! @askInPostUKX they are running a scam offering refunds on the back of a useless delivery company in the UK such as #inpostuk (can’t tag them as blocked me for calling them out!) feel free to reach out to me as this is a good one for you guys!
He put the phone down and displayed more incompetence and lack of integrity and respect. So… @InPostUK@askInPostUKX if you are who you say you are, THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE! Contact me, answer the questions I ask you and if satisfied we can move on. If not, BE READY!
@askInPostUKX@InPostUK update: so, after chatting to a “customer service representative” on DM and 2 phone calls (WhatsApp and mobile numbers) I was approached by “James” or whatever his real name is, stating they intend to issue a refund of £x amount and that in order for me
Some basic information that the company have in their records about me and my parcel, which he was unable to provide and then after I told him that until they can verify they are who they say they are I will not download any app or give any personal information about me
For all the people who like me, go through this every day, but yet if you complain the offer you some simple small thing and hope it goes away… sorry NOT TODAY! NOT ANYMORE! So, up your game as this has to change!
@askInPostUKX@InPostUK serious question: how much does a day’s work is worth for yourselves? How much does a days work income of a customer of yours is worth? Offering me an email with an apology (that you people are used to lying on a daily basis, so means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!)
And a refund for the delivery costs? Seriously!!?? It’s not about peanuts for costs of shipping, it’s the loss of business for being waiting for a delivery (already late!) for 2 days in a row, for being lied to, for being insulted over the phone, and disrespected.
@askInPostUKX@InPostUK your next call better be from someone high in the chain of command and with no bullshit or excuses as I have had more than enough of them. And you better come up with a solution so this does not happen to any other person!
@askInPostUKX@InPostUK You people are an embarrassment to the delivery and logistics industry to which many of us have contributed for years and think you can quiet people up by offering scripted speeches on the phone from a callcentre at the other side of the world.
@askInPostUKX@InPostUK as a concern and affected customer I WILL NOT SETTLE for crumbs to shut me up and I will not be disrespected any further or any other of your customers who most DO NOT HAVE A CHOICE of courier when placing an online order.
@askInPostUKX@InPostUK had the nerve to call me “mad” more than once on the call and told me I had to be patient and keep waiting! ABSOLUTELY AND CATEGORICALLY NOT!!! I don’t care what you call me for raising a complaint after being told lies, disrespected and made fun of.
@InPostUK@askInPostUKX update to the platform: after providing all the information (once again as I have done in countless opportunities for the last 36hrs) I was contacted on a WhatsApp call by a customer service representative who at a stage of the conversation had the nerve
@InPostUK as my house has no gate or fence and I was sitting with a view of my drive and front door and I have a Ring Doorbell, called your useless customer support line and got promised it would be delivered TODAY (3 days late already!) and as usual… MORE LIES!
@InPostUK this is embarrassing to your industry. Intrust you’ll reach out for tracking information and I hope this gets sorted ASAP or I will be reaching out to senior management of the company.
@InPostUK Absolutely disgusting the poor service provided by yourselves. I spent all day today at home waiting for a delivery that NEVER CAME! and yet your driver had the audacity to lie saying “unable to deliver as could not gain access to my property” blatant lie
