@LNER hi I was on the 13.30 KGX to DHM, and we were not only delayed, but the stop specifically at Durham was cancelled just before we pulled in there, due to an abandoned train. Had to go up to Newcastle and come back down. Delay Repay is only offering 50% for th original delay,
