@UberUKI_Support so Uber is refusing to refund my order. The delivery driver delivered me someone else's food. How can you refuse based on that you partially refunded my replacement order because the store got the order wrong. Don't partner with subpar drivers and stores.

@Crystalkat44 @BBCNews As I said in my first statement, I don't wish anybody any ill health and pleased others seem to be getting good treatment. Maybe it depends where you're based. From my own experience this week I spent 2 days in A&E on a chair, being gaslit by doctors and saw the huge bed crisis.
