@qrsupport @qatarairways Hello! My flight from Melbourne - London Heathrow via Doha on 25/03 has had the first leg cancelled for the second time. I’m just trying to get through on the phone to request to be rerouted, however the main Australian support number on the website (1/2)

is cutting off after 20 seconds every time I call. I have found a secondary number, but I have been on hold for 2 hours on 5 separate occasions before they cut me off. I just need to speak to an agent as I’m not able to request a reroute via the app. Thanks so much!
