@AskVirginMoney how can I view my new card details? I can see the last 4 digits have changed in the app, so assume my card is stuck in a sorting office somewhere. Really need to finish my Xmas shopping

@AskVirginMoney Been waiting 2 weeks for my replacement card. I know the postal strikes are delaying it. But can't get my new card number from a statement. Can't get it from the app. Online banking doesn't exist anymore. Can't get through on the phone without my card number. Do I laugh or cry 😭
