@BlueReefPorts We are trying to book tickets for tomorrow and our Tesco voucher we just exchanged for Blue Reef Portsmouth is not working. It keeps saying ‘no eligible Tesco voucher products’. Our voucher is definitely valid so what shall we do please? Need to know by 9am.

@preciouslittle1 You have just replied to my email this morn a week after I sent it, saying a courier will come Mon for collection. I’ve already said I won’t part with goods until I receive the replacement due to shocking customer service, so you may want to cancel your courier!

@BandQ I’ve emailed 3 times about this now & heard nothing back - our order you delivered 4 weeks ago was incorrect - we did not get the 3rd pot of paint we ordered & had to order/pay for it again. Please acknowledge and update as to when we will receive the refund for the item?

@BootsHelp But it isn’t a return, I don’t expect any money back, it’s just a straight swap for the exact same item? The shop is still selling the tops, still at full price, & all sizes are the same price. It was a gift, still new on the hanger with tags. We want them but they’re too small.

@BootsUK my son was bought a set of 3 dino tops for Xmas (no receipt) but in a size too small. I took to the Camberley store today to exchange for bigger size (age 2-3 instead of 1.5-2) and was told can’t even do direct exchange/swap for same item without receipt. What do I do?

@LEGOLANDWindsor Shocked and appalled to be told on the phone that my 3 year old son called Archie doesn’t get in free just because on his birth certificate he’s Archibald: the long version of the name Archie, where it originates. He is Archie, even at nursery.
