@AskHalifaxBank hi can you confirm your Bracknell branch is open? Wokingham has shut early due to a ‘technical issue’. Is this affecting any other branches?

@AskHalifaxBank No, they said if that was the case they weren’t aware. I left the branch as I was unable to close my account, after 10 mins they said I needed 2 forms of id. Better training would mean they could’ve told me this at the start and also clarified the process

@AskHalifaxBank your Wokingham staff need to be trained on the HTB ISA. Told me once my account is closed, it can’t be reopened even if we fail to exchange. I know this is incorrect, I need a letter from my solicitor to reinstate but your staff are giving out wrong info
