The Ramaphosa-led ANC government has reportedly allocated R600 million to deploy police against South Africans planning to join the June 30th Mabahambe protest. This administration is actively turning its back on its own citizens. We haven't forgotten Ramaphosa’s role in Marikana, and putting the army on standby only proves this is a war against the people.
But let this be a reminder to those in power: no government can defeat a united populace, just ask the apartheid regime. You cannot suppress the will of South Africans.
