@NYRLouie More confusion in the d zone giving chatfield that wide open look. Great screen in front but both trocheck and panarin chasing Jarvis across the zone was not great.
@NYRLouie Daily Faceoff guys said it’s standard for coaches to not go into locker rooms after bad losses. I’m not defending how lavi as a coach but what else is there to say to this team?
@NYRLouie I like these a lot but realistically I’m thinking cuylle with mika and kreider and Gabe with laf and jt. I’d choose these lines but no shot lavi breaks up bread and Vince.
@NYRLouie I actually thought he was decent against the leafs, but when his biggest strength is supposed to be defense in front of the net it’s hard for him not to be targeted after that first goal.
@NYRLouie Let’s be real though Knies shouldn’t have been that open in the first place. Every forward flat footed and it took one quick move around kreider to get wide open in the slot. The leafs had the screen and the shot like it was practice.
@HonestNeer55 The rangers want to trade him but if no one else wants him then there’s nothing they can do. If he hasn’t played well at all this year and is hurt then where’s his value?
@DZsaVh1Gbz3557@vzmercogliano The way I see it if Fox doesn’t defend the middle of the ice marner has room to do whatever he wants and they’re even more likely to score. Even I hellebuyck is squared these guys are too good to give them to most valuable part of the ice.
@NYRFanatic A lot of this js on Fox. Lindgren is prepared for a play on the boards and once Fox gets beat, it looks like carrick tries to jump the incoming pass and misses.
@AzoffBrendan Lindgren covered his man off the rush. Fox got beat on the boards and carrick tried to jump the pass off the boards. I can’t blame lindgren on this one.
