A Revolução Descentralizada da Confiança
Um texto inspirado nos últimos videos que @IOHK_Charles postou como tentativa de trazer soluções neste caos que é navegar de forma genuina no mar da decentralização.

Hydra v2.2.0 is out!
This release introduces Partial Fanout.
Until now, the number of UTxOs a Hydra head could hold was effectively capped by what fits in a single fanout transaction. With partial fanout, a head holding an arbitrarily large UTxO set can be closed out across multiple steps: each PartialFanoutTx distributes as many outputs as fit in one transaction, and a final FinalPartialFanoutTx burns the head tokens to complete the process. This removes the long-standing per-head UTxO ceiling.

Public blockchains are surveillance tools.
Midnight publishes only proofs so your data is never exposed.
That's more secure than end to end encryption.
And a requirement for Institutions.
And virtually every retail use-case.

Our standalone Hydra L2 proposal is live, unbundled as the community asked. DReps, it's ready for your vote.
Hydra is currently the only production-grade L2 on Cardano with live applications depending on it. It gives Cardano what L1 can't reach even with Leios and Peras: sub-second finality and zero fees. With this, it ensures that the Cardano ecosystem stays competitive for current and future builders.
This proposal funds four workstreams over two quarters so live users don't migrate and new builders choose Cardano. The ask: ₳5.1M, milestone-gated, with independent assurance and full Intersect governance.

Do you need a trusted third party anymore? The answer is no.
When proof of correctness lives inside the transaction itself, anyone can verify it. No middlemen, no blind trust.
Charles on verifiable reflexivity, the idea behind everything we build
I love watching @IOHK_Charles’s videos to better understand the fundamentals of the Cardano network and its technological advancements, as well as to improve my English (listening comprehension and vocabulary - I’m Brazilian), and I usually watch them late at night before going to bed. My kids love to join me on the couch to listen (the whiteboard videos are the best). I’m thinking of creating a channel with Charles’s videos accompanied by relaxing background music to help me fall asleep. It’s like I’m learning about Cardano while I sleep.
Is that a good idea, or am I just too immersed in the Cardano world?
“Cardano is not a protocol. It's the people behind the protocol… We can even change the name if we want to. What we can't change is the people behind it.”
