My daughter was recently diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism, little over two weeks after giving birth, yesterday she felt unwell and was advised to go to the hospital, where she has now sat for 14 hours waiting.

@StenaLine do you not have a standby lane at Cairnryan? I had turned up in time for the 3:30 sailing knowing that my sailing wasn’t until 7:30 but hoping there would be a stand by Lane. I had thought if there was a cancellation or didn’t show up I might get that space but nope

@belfastairport @deptinfra @VINCIAirports Upgrade to security is definitely not where it is today, what happened to fast track security? Not really confident that the money is being best used! I would also ask that your security learn to read a boarding pass!!! Shocking experience

@easyJet I fly a short flight from Belfast to Glasgow weekly, up to know with little issues. However this has changed, I used to go to the help desk at the airport to change a flight with little problems, then that was changed to having to phone customer service to change flight

with no notice, and now it must be with at least two hours notice… why pay for #easyjetplus as there are fewer and fewer benefits… lastly the phone number your staff have posted and point passengers to is incorrect

@FlyLoganair where is your customer service? Delayed flights, bumped off a connecting flight with little notice, hotel for the night and then this mornings flight now delayed and again no announcements, no updates, already had to cancel two meetings,do I cancel my remaining ones?
