Absolutely terrifying evening for my wife and baby yesterday. My wife was driving with our baby and was leaving me a voice note on WhatsApp. As she was leaving the voice note she heard two very loud banging sounds coming from our 2018 @Tesla Model 3. The car was completely stopped and unable to move after that. She was in the middle of the road and when she went to inspect the car the right front controller arm was on the street and the vehicle was resting on top of the tire. I raced down to see her and help call a tow truck. When the tow truck lifted up the vehicle there were two huge bolts that fell from the controller arm onto the road. The screws show no sign of wear and tear at all. It’s as if they fell from the vehicle. This is so alarming and terrifying. If they were on the freeway and this happened they could have been killed. After researching this further online I found a ton of articles about the controller arms experiencing the same failure. It seems to be especially prevalent in 2018 Model 3’s. This is totally unacceptable and unsafe and should be brought to the public’s attention immediately. Tesla has a reputation for making safe vehicles but this experience will certainly have an impact on our family as we look for another vehicle. I hope Tesla and @elonmusk make this right and prevent a tragedy from happening. Perhaps the @NTSB should investigate this as well.

We had such a great experience flying with @FlyFrontier from Cleveland to Fort Lauderdale on flight F9 3452. The crew was amazing and we arrived a half hour early. We will definitely be back!
