We're at the Microgrid conference in Orlando - come find us!

[Darian Parrish @darian_parrish]

I’m at Microgrid Knowledge 2026 in Orlando today and tomorrow - looking to solve the key power bottleneck:

AI, robotics, construction, and edge compute all need power closer to where work actually happens.

The energy conversation often jumps straight to hyperscale data centers. But the next layer is just as important:

- Robotics fleets.

- Edge inference nodes.

- Field operations.

All distributed loads waiting on grid upgrades, interconnects, or permanent infrastructure.

At PwrOn, we’re starting with a simple wedge: portable temporary power, delivered on demand.

A software-orchestrated network of mobile storage assets at the grid edge.

The question I’m excited to discuss this week:

What happens when portable power becomes part of the infrastructure stack for compute, robotics, construction, and resilience?

At Microgrid Knowledge today(Tuesday) and tomorrow(Wednesday) I'd would love to connect with people working on:

- Data center power

- Edge compute

- Construction electrification

- Robotics deployment

- DERs, microgrids, and VPPs

- Battery logistics and orchestration

If you’re thinking about power deployment where infrastructure is moving faster than the grid, let’s connect!

We bring the power

[Darian Parrish @darian_parrish]

Power + AI = Dreams

And by "dreams," I mean outcomes people are actually willing to pay for.

That’s the future. You won't pay for software or complexity - you’ll pay for outcomes. It's what the market has always wanted, but we couldn't deliver it at scale until now.

Think about the things we actually dream about:

• Want to live forever 👉 $1,000/month

• Build a custom mansion 👉 10% of today’s cost

• Avoid bills, tax forms, or admin tasks? $20/month

The AI required to make this possible is already becoming clear.

But the main constraint/limiting factor is power. It will likely be our biggest bottleneck for the next century.

That’s exactly why we are building @getPwrOn

We are riding one of the largest technological waves in history to solve the ultimate constraint.

Because there is nothing more important to work on than giving power to human dreams.

@getPwrOn is all about portable power. These batteries can power a fridge for 3 days and recharge your laptop 9 times. Even on foot, in the city, in an apartment. Don't do this with a gas generator!

[PwrOn @getPwrOn]

Oh and situation right now why this matters

Dawn shoot. Location is perfect. Power isn’t. Outlet is far, cable runs are blocked, and production time is expensive. Portable power stations solve it if you can get one fast. PwrOn connects nearby inventory with teams that need power now (delivery in under an hour in many cases

Beyond simple rate arbitrage, the CT opens up power use in remote or power outage scenarios, which has a much higher value than simple grid per-kWh rates. Add your CT to the network on @getPwrOn and help us power people whenever and wherever they need it most.

Power outages are increasing with the storms across the South and Southeast moving up the East coast today and tomorrow.

If you’ve got a situation coming up where temporary power would solve a real problem, comment “POWER” or DM and we'll help determine your power needs.

[PwrOn @getPwrOn]

Most neighborhoods already have silent power sitting on shelves.

Portable power stations get bought for outages, work, camping, peace of mind. Then they’re charged… and rarely used.

[PwrOn @getPwrOn]

What to expect:
- short-term access (days, not months)
- local pickup/hand-off coordination
- practical backup when plans (or the grid) don’t cooperate

@darian_parrish We're here for it

@DavidMoss @DaveMattson Portable battery always come through with the win 🏁

[David Moss @DavidMoss]

The snow chronicles continue here in Wisconsin. All tires were around 35psi due to the cold temps when they should have been 42psi.

Luckily I came prepared with my Air Compressor & portable battery.

Not sponsored but makes me think of my friend @DaveMattson’s company @getPwrOn. It’s turo/airbnb but for these large batteries & even V2L EV’s. Events/camping trips you name it they can help you & if you have an extra battery laying around you can list yours on the site as well!

[PwrOn @getPwrOn]

What situations would make you consider sharing a power station you already own?

[PwrOn @getPwrOn]

When an outage hits, the difference between "we'll be fine" and "this is a problem" often comes down to one thing: who nearby has power.

[PwrOn @getPwrOn]

Just practical people solving real problems with what they already own.

Outages reveal who's prepared. PwrOn explores what happens when preparedness doesn't have to stay isolated.
