Growing up, my Muslim family never celebrated Christmas. This year I am not going home, because pandemic, so my roommates are teaching me how to have my first proper Christmas.
I am approaching this with anthropological precision.
Here are a few observations.
Agile is no more or less than
* work in small increments
* get feedback
* take engineering seriously
If someone tells you it’s more than this, they are trying to sell you something.
If someone tells you it’s less, they don’t understand agile.

I feel bad for kids who are currently learning to program by moving shapes and animating dogs as they're gonna be hit with the cold reality of real development which is copy/pasting linux commands and resolving git merge conflicts.
Define a subset of the system…small enough to bring to an operational state…then build on that subsystem. This strategy requires that the system be designed in modules which can be realized, tested & modified independently.
