ಮಾನ್ಯ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕೈಗೊಂಬೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಾಸಿಕ್ಯೂಷನ್‌ಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಅವರ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಅಭದ್ರಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಅಭ್ರಗೊಳಿಸುವ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ, ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕೆಲ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಈ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರದ ಪಾಲುದಾರರು. ಉತ್ತರಾಖಂಡ, ಜಾರ್ಖಂಡ್, ನವದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮೇಲ್ನೋಟಕ್ಕೆ ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣವಿಲ್ಲ, ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಬಾಹಿರವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಾಸಿಕ್ಯೂಷನ್ ಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ನನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದೂರು ಬಂದ ದಿನವೇ ಶೋಕಾಸ್ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರ ಈ ನಡೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಶಾಸಕರು, ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಚಿವರು, ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನನ್ನ ಪರವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕೈಗೊಂಬೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಿತೂರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನಾನು ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರನ್ನು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ದಾಳವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಕೇಳಲು ಯಾವುದೇ ನೈತಿಕತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಯಶಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಹಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ .ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ . ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರ ಈ ನಿಲುವಿಗ ಈಗ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ನವರೂ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ.ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಮುರುಗೇಶ್ ನಿರಾಣಿ, ಶಶಿಕಲಾ ಜೊಲ್ಲೆ, ಜನಾರ್ಧನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿಯವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದೂರು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ನವೆಂಬರ್ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ. ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿಯವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಗಣಿಗಾರಿಕೆಗೆ ಪರವಾನಗಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಅನುಮತಿ ಕೋರಿದ್ದರೂ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.
