While taking a shower in 2017, I had an idea that we needed to start fixing the water problem.
You know that metal cap in the sidewalk that hides your water meter, the one that has been sitting there quietly for decades, using technology that was invented in 1850?
We decided to give it what it has been missing.  A brain, a heart, and a little courage.
That idea became AQA, where we are building an AI-driven platform connected to our proprietary smart IoT valve that makes water visible, measurable, and intelligent. Think of it as what Nest did for energy, but for water.
We are starting in the shower, but the real opportunity lies in the connected platform behind it, capable of scaling across every water network on the planet.
Our seed round is almost closed and we are looking for investors who believe in smarter, more sustainable infrastructure in the forgotten utility.

We are not on market yet. Getting the house ready as we speak BUT a family came to see it last night through word of mouth and it looks like they might make a serious offer. Are we crazy to sell off market, even if they come close to our price without the headaches and only 2.5% commission?

@billdotd @shawngorham In process. We are trying to sell off market first. This area is very niche and since the Palisades fires has exploded. Many of those families are coming up on their year leases and love the area. Any insights into selling off market? Negotiate?
