The barrier to buying a home is a larger downpayment. The nice thing about buying a home is the none-mark to market leverage. Why not give young people none mark to market leverage to buy SPY which the downpayment can be as little as $20

Cordelia is a backend engineer who previously led the data engineering team at August Schools, a documentation and alerting system for school healthcare professionals.

She is a New York City native. She will be helping build out our internal tooling and refining our data infrastructure.
