@GovRonDeSantis Teachers also love HB263 / SB1544. They understand we have to keep our children safe to teach them well. The HeartCharged Act would protect our students from the leading cause of death on campuses, sudden cardiac arrest, and teach them what to do in case of a cardiac emergency.
@Kathleen4SWFL@Paul_Renner@csime90 Now will you help move SB1544 along so the students will be safe at schools from the actual number 1 killer on school campuses - sudden cardiac arrest? We need you to help end the preventable deaths of 1000+ Florida youth per year.
@Paul_Renner@Hawkins4florida@RepDemi@Kathleen4SWFL Fabulous! Now we can work on addressing the actual # 1 killer on school campuses and stopping preventable deaths of our children by focusing on HB263 & SB1544. Join @TeamAlexRizo & @BryanAvilaFL in doing right by our children and keeping 1000+ families from grieving.
@WPLGLocal10 Super important would be passing the forgotten bills - HB263 & SB1544 - that would save kids’ lives by combatting the real threat at schools and leading killer on campuses, sudden cardiac arrest. Tell @TeamAlexRizo & @BryanAvilaFL real health education keeps children from dying!
@GovRonDeSantis Passing The HeartCharged Act (HB263 & SB1544 with same wording) would really help keep our youngest citizens safe at school from the #1 killer on school campuses - sudden cardiac arrest. Please see these get passed! Let’s go @TeamAlexRizo and @BryanAvilaFL and @Hawkins4florida
@AskAnshul We got training in our US state-must include AED. We train 8 years up to use AED-with music video. Would love to help. Also teens/adults, it’s hands-only CPR. We have an ad campaign to inform people on this. - From sudden cardiac arrest survivor
Today is Restart a Heart Day. This video created by https://t.co/6GYtwjhcls demonstrates that sudden cardiac arrest doesn't only strike "old people", and that you CAN survive a sudden cardiac arrest if bystanders have the skills and tools to respond appropriately.
