rider delivered the wrong order and I returned it to the same rider. The rider himself called the head office and they said they will check. Later @Uber Sri Lanka got the rider to mark it as delivered, instead of correcting

@UberEats your Sri Lankan branch is good for nothing. Horrible. @Thalappakatti Mount SL branch. Both parties have excellent comms skills. According to the restaurant they didn’t have the ordered item, and tried to contact Uber. As they’re not answering, they deliver what they hv.

When I drilled down and asking to send proof, they nicely said they were trying to call @UberEats and not me. And they don’t have the ops to call client
