@rentrebel Yes we had to put nestful on ice due to the pandemic. Couldn’t find enough housing - so one less plate but could use a business manager to help with it all!
At the @marketplaceshq event last night and bumped into a neighbour I’d never met, Daniel Beck of https://t.co/KScTIMt4gV and a potential collaborator. Great fun!
It has been a tough year for anyone working in the home sharing space, especially for us as we work with older people, many of whom identify as vulnerable. We want to thank everyone who listed their rooms with us, stuck with us as we navigate these challenging times. Happy hols!

How do you manage space when you're house sharing. Much of successful home sharing comes down to whether there's enough space for everyone to feel at home. Sharing a bathroom can be challenging, for instance. It's not reasonable to expect anyone to https://t.co/iZfJb4D0OE[...]
@Shelter@pollyn1@SkyNews 100% agree. Shared housing doesn't suit everyone but is becoming a necessity, not an option for many people of all ages. We'd love to find a way to create affordable housing for older people as many of our customers would prefer to have their own front door given the opportunity.
Successful home-sharing often depends on how the occupants manage space. Most people we speak to would prefer not to share a bathroom. If it's unavoidable, simple stuff like making sure you remove your hair from the plughole before someone else uses the bath makes a difference.
