We just released a big step toward Polar 3.0:
reading + non-linear notes combined
With this update, non-linear notes are turned on by default and all PDF, EPUB, and web content highlights are treated like notes where you can directly create backlinks
After releasing 2.0, we realized that the most requested features were standalone notes, better linking between notes, and improved ways to use highlights along w the existing reading features. And so we did just that
