@CromaSupport Registered repair request on 2nd Dec. No update till 16th. Called customer care for update on 16th. Got assurance of callback within an hour. It's more than 24hours past that call. No update, nothing from Croma yet. Very pathetic after sales service. #Scam #croma

@zomato 2 consecutive order blunders but no support. Just the useless bot replies with pre listed options to choose. 1st one ordered large and medium bowl but both were medium. 2nd order botched up by delivery boy by sending someone else's super oily food with no refund.
