👀 AskJack now has onboarding flows. I'm giving @getuserflow a shot.
I've used user flow software before, from a big company that charges a lot of $$$. It sucked, amazingly bad. I won't name them.
But wow. UserFlow on the other hand. Wow, what a great tool to build flows.
(Though I'm writing a https://t.co/WdYLeSOLav blog post right now on how to use it with Nextjs 14 and the App Router to save others a headache).
Yesterday, we launched the pilot of a GPT-4 powered Support Assistant in @Ordoro , using @getuserflow 🚀
It’s trained on our support articles. Based on my early testing, the LLM output is close, but not 100% every time. But if it can lead users to the right support article, that’s a win for now because our support articles are detailed and up to date.
Honestly, I’m also slightly nervous about how this will go. We’re known for our 5-star support, and I don’t want this tool to lower that reputation. It’s not an alternative to the human-support we offer; it's just another channel. 😅
Let's see how it goes.
