Even when I can answer every single question even bank details! I’m the one who booked it not my husband but I put his name first simple as that, I was in distress and now I have to go out with death cert and get answers #disgusting

@TUIUK @TUIGroup your way in which I have had to deal with the bereavement over my husband is disgusting, I have to go to a shop with his death cert to find out any refunds THAT I PAID FOR WITH MY CARD! Thanks for causing more distress at this extremely hard time#heartless

@JJaynehaughton @HM_Passport I sent husbands and daughters old passports off together same envelope, husbands was received 3.30pm on 10th September he had his new one a few days later, they don’t know where my daughters old passport is! We go to Lapland first week December

@HM_Passport You have lost my daughters passport that has been sent to you a month ago! I can’t get her renewal done because of this!Your phone lines are CONSTANTLY busy and am left on hold for hours!!! This has caused me nothing but stress and anxiety as we’re due to go away early December
