@netmanchris A VPN is made up of tunnels, stitched together to form a network. Whether your choice of tunneling mechanism is VLAN tags, MPLS labels, IPSec, GRE, VXLAN, etc. The tunnel is generally an overlay between two points, and a VPN is the network we create with one or more tunnels.

I know people in their 30s without their licence. The expense of owning a car in Toronto (high cost of insurance, parking, etc.) couple with access to decent transit shifts priorities.
