Overall in the state of the current game. I think that focusing on shield, health, and armor values of companions is not the way to go. I think a better passive could be something akin to the hunter synergy mod for crit chance link or the mecha empowered for status chance link. This could allow for some very cool and interesting companion focused builds with summoners wrath.

All members of our government in congress and the senate should be banned from trading stocks, audited routinely and regularly, and screened for foreign relations consistently by independent and 3rd party sources. Corruption runs deep and it’s sad.

You know what valid point I was arguing using a wrong terminology. Still doesn’t change the support for a lawsuit. Per 17 U.S.C. § 107(4):
“for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.” With all the streamers they all expressed verbally on camera that their intent is to siphon views from the original work. Directly violated fair use. Additionally they consider “(1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;

(3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and

(4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.”

Their verbal comments and intentions violate the 1st and 4th considerations. Frogan explicitly I’d say was the worst offender of 3 as they were even called out by their own chat for not contributing any meaningful commentary or reaction.
