The tragic killing of two villagers, including a Church Deacon and a Youth Leader, in Kultuh village, Kamjong district, is heartbreaking.
My sincere condolences to the bereaved families. I pray that God grants them strength and comfort in this difficult time, and I wish a speedy recovery to those who were injured.
I strongly condemn this senseless act of violence. No family should have to endure such pain, and no community should have to live in fear.
Manipur has seen enough suffering. Too many lives have been lost, and too many families have been left grieving. Let us not allow violence to take away more precious lives.
I appeal to all communities to choose peace, understanding, and coexistence. Whatever our differences may be, our future depends on our ability to live together with mutual respect and humanity.
My thoughts and prayers are with the people of Kultuh village and all those affected by this tragedy.
May the departed souls rest in peace. Let peace prevail.
