Revolutions in the past have given powerful poems, inspiring speeches, timeless paintings, unforgettable writings.
The NEET protest is flooded with vulgar posters, shallow slogans, and reel-driven content. It is actually disappointing.
CJP thugs want to meet the GOI at a 'neutral venue'. Do they think that Jantar Mantar is sovereign territory that belongs to them? They say that the ministers are afraid of coming there because 'bheed bahut hai'. Is that a threat? This nonsense needs to be cleaned up ASAP.
Really, wht does a guy who merely builds a company, completely bootstrapped, that competes w/Silicon Valley toe2toe and grows to a bn $ company. Wht does he know...
The reason I asked the question below -
In 2017, an adopted girl from India was found dead in Texas, US, two days after she went missing. The incident triggered widespread outrage in India over intercountry adoptions. In that particular case, the adoptive parents were American citizens of Kerala origin.
The then External Affairs Minister responded by saying that the adoption process would be strengthened. That assurance calmed much of the public outrage.
However, I knew there was no inherent gap in India's adoption framework. I was much closer to the adoption process than I wish to disclose here. The Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA), under the Ministry of Women and Child Development, already had a robust system aligned with the Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption.
If there were failures, they would likely have stemmed from lapses by individuals responsible for implementing the process, not from deficiencies in the framework itself.
In the end, the process itself did not undergo any fundamental change because there was little to change. What changed was the public mood. The minister's assurance was enough to quiet the outrage and satisfy those demanding action.
What was the GenZ of Ravish Kumar's dreams?
Buying dolls of their beloved hero and leader, Lalu Yadav
The kids in Ravish's old report would be 30+ today
Ravish Kumar is angry that these kids grew up to be Modi supporters and not RJD supporters.
NEET-PG 2025, cut-off:
A) Orthopaedics seat filled at:
4 marks out of 800.
B) Obstetrics and Gynaecology seat:
44 marks out of 800.
C) General Surgery seat filled at:
47 marks out of 800.
D) Biochemistry:
minus -8 marks out of 800.
E) Transfusion Medicine:
10 marks out of 800.
F) Anatomy:
11 marks out of 800.
G) MS Orthopaedics seat filled at:
1 mark out of 800 in a medical college in Hyderabad.
H) MD Forensic Medicine seat filled at:
12 marks out of 800 in a Govt medical college.
I) MD Pathology seat filled at:
24 marks out of 800 in a Govt medical college.
In NEET-PG 2025, candidates with scores as low as –40 out of 800 were allowed to participate in PG counselling. A negative score was considered qualifying.
These extremely low scores, at which seats were actually allotted, indicate a serious crisis in academic standards. A reasonable minimum qualifying merit must be established to maintain the integrity of medical education and the healthcare system.
Forget about dialogue or discussion. So far, neither the Government nor the Opposition has said a word about this because it does not suit their agenda, and it would affect their vote banks and political interests.
Even those who are protesting today in the name of concerns about the education system are not addressing this issue because they too have political ambitions and know that speaking about it could cost them support rather than gain it.

It was Feb 2013
Narendra Modi was invited to speak at SRCC College in Delhi
Establishment media ran fake anti-Modi narratives non stop
But whole country came to a halt as everyone wanted to hear him
I was much younger then. I remember watching the speech on my mini laptop sitting at Haifa in Israel.
You could feel the power of the youth mobilizing. The internet was not a professional space back then, it was all real people and amateurs.
All our lives, we had been lined up to swear loyalty to Rahul Gandhi's dynasty. Every textbook, every newspaper, every movie.
And then came along Narendra Modi. He told us that it was okay not to chant "10 Janpath Zindabad."
Of course, intellectuals like Yogendra Yadav told us we were illiterates, uneducated. Okay sir, no problem. Only Indira Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi are educated. We are illiterates, fine...but we will vote.
The media and establishment tried everything. One puppet party was floated to soak up anti-incumbency sentiment against Congress. But it didn't work. The monarchy lost, badly.
It's been 12 years. I am not a young man any more.
Maybe the young people today see oldies like me as the enemy. Maybe they want the monarchy back. It may not be a majority of young people, but at least it's a significant minority.
Cool...go ahead, swear loyalty to Rahul Gandhi. One generation swore loyalty to his mother, his father. One generation to his grandmother, and a generation before that to her father!
Just remember one thing. By supporting the monarchy, you are turning the Republic into a joke. Your passport says Republic of India. Do you know what Republic means? It means no kings.
That's one of the things your favorite influencer on Instagram might not know. But don't mind me, I am just an uneducated fool from Whatsapp University.
"Scrap NEET"
More than 20 years ago, when I gave my medical entrances exams, private colleges in Maharashtra were allowed to conduct their own exams.
Forget leaking papers, some of these colleges actually directly sold ranks.
Sure, let's go back to those glorious times.
Well since you have decided to jump in defence of someone else, I will just say that it was a reader who was asking a question to which your colleague gives an arrogant answer about her accountability or lack of it to the reader. And she is the same person who was practically inciting lynch mobs on fellow journalists on who she attaches derisive labels. And while we are at it, do please tell us whose godi does a The Hindu sit on?
“Ram Mandir or whatever the f*** it is,” says a CJP protester in Delhi
Such contempt is reserved only for Hindu symbols. The same person won’t dare use this language for Babri structure let alone the structure in Mecca Medina
This is the mindset the CJP and its promoters are cultivating and normalising among youth
Ladies & gentlemen, this woman is a sitting MP. She sold her parliament password for petty favours.
She sat by as her party goons tyrannised the people of Bengal.
She's now trying to doxx an RAF personnel who was on duty. There's clearly no low that's too low for her.
Surely, trying to set the hounds after an officer, to cause her harm, is an offence?
UPSC papers did leak, in 1991. No revolution happened. Arnd the same time, some stalwart social justice leaders defended mass copying as an exam tactic.
Prof Mehta didnt see "breach of trust" then - grand sociological sweeps are a fn of political praxis + amnesia;)
Social media glorifies breaking law and order, flouting Section 144, stone pelting and arson as revolutionary. It's fine until a mob attacks your home and scares the police away. That's when you realise that it's law and order that separates a democracy from anarchy.
We form opinions based on media reports. Hence, why should I not seek accountability from you for a sensitive report? Facts were definitely available when you filed the report. Leave it to me whether I seek accountability from government. Please don’t run away. @vijaita
@vijaita@vijaita. Please post evidence with names and photographs of people who allegedly received pellet injuries along with their medical/injury reports. Please take responsibility and don’t run away from furnishing details. You owe it to us.
