This is what the seller has said and i have shared all chat history with your team and they still want to review until the hour before the event. The seller clearly wants more money after i have paid for the tickets and has relisted them and not cancelled transaction.
@viagogo after calling 5 times, and been promised that I would get an update at 8pm today from "Kylec" that they are trying to find replacement tickets, the customer care agent has just said they can't start the replacement ticket process until the arrival date. Lies continuously

@EmmaSleepTech worst customer service ever. I have tried to cancel, return my order for the last month and all i have got is delay issues and mistakes from your end to the delivery companies. No accountability for your own actions. Never coming back
@Renfe The train from Valencia JS to Barcelona was delayed by over 30 mins on 2nd April. I tried to get compensation for two tickets but on the website, it said it arrived on time which is untrue.
