Massive scam. Pre-uploaded tickets, got delivery email confirmation, and FIFA app confirms status is "Completed" on the buyer's phone. Yet SH arbitrarily canceled the sale & froze my payout. The ticket is permanently gone. Fix this

For 5+ years with millions in sales. Our fault rate was 0.5%. The first rep told us we couldn’t log in because of too many login attempts and they were “protecting” our account. Then two days later, we got a generic “you are fraudulent” email. I have 10+ contacts at Stubhub corporate that used to help me with any issues. None of them will reply o me now.

I have an account manager, claims specialist and an account growth manager… no one seems to really help.

I have been charged thousands even after showing proof of transfer.
I have also not been refunded for purchases after the seller shows fake proof of transfer.
StubHub is a wild place, not for the faint of heart.

I hope they are forecasting worldwide brand damage and non stop lawsuits until the end of time.
