@CoxHelp what is going on in Phoenix?? Day after day, week after week. Last two days intenet goes down anywhere from 30 seconds to 30 mins 10x a day!! A week ago we were down for 3 business days. Everyone I touch at cox has no solution. @fcc is only thing that gets attention

@CoxHelp 3+ days now without internet in 85018. Multiple area codes impacted, I'm guessing hundreds if not a thousand households impacted. App info is insufficient, customer service chat has no info, customer service via phone won't even connect due to volume. Please help!
