Even after your response to this post, the response by your own team is so callous.

A service person came after 3 days of your assurance, and informed that he will return in another 2 days with a electronic board that controls the power supply system (240V 1 phase to 24 V). He doesn't turn up.

We follow up again on the following numbers.

They reminded us that we have not availed their AMC...and that now the spare part is NOT available.

We mentioned that the company Eureka Forbes has directly assured us about supporting us.

So, they asked us to exchange our existing machine and get a new one.

We prefer to repair and maintain the existing one.

The service team told us to then wait until the spare part is located. Presently, they said that they are not able to help.

This is the 10th day in agony.

We are buying #Bisleri water for our consumption. Of course spending money on it.

Kindly confirm if you can help us

We may be left with NO other option but to pull you to the courts.

Not sure whether you could care less. Arrogance does that often.
