5 posts now live on Substack. The next one is coming next week. What happens when you wear your F1 team uniform out in public. So far I’ve managed to not giveaway any secrets and I’m still employed.

@AlpineF1Team Factory debriefs are excellent, it’s the only time us shop floor factory workers feel properly involved. It’s also nice when a team puts them on for all of the shift patterns too. I worked weekends at one team and we never had a single race debrief.
George Russell threw his headrest out of the car last night.
Someone made that headrest.
My latest post is about what race day actually looks like for that someone.

@SkySportsF1 As someone who makes the cars, I had to cringe when he did this. Someone’s time and effort went in to that. And now they have to remake it. They’re not cheap either.
@WilliamsF1@Atlassian Well done for this @WilliamsF1. There are so many people working behind the scenes getting the cars ready to race that you’ll never see on camera. 15 years in F1 and I’m one of those people. Nice work!
@WilliamsF1 Shout out to all the guys and girls back at the factory who you won’t see on camera, but who are essential to getting the car on the track 🫡
@autosport They’ve also had some less newsworthy people in the factory start there from other teams too. Hopefully it gives them the boost their history deserves.
