@KDotCole_21 @jaredkolb05 @coldxbt Immigrants siphon wealth off in much of the same way that mercantalism/colonialism did. A lot of immigrants come here, work for less than natives Americans, and the proceed to send half of their paycheck back to their home countries in the form of remittances.

@Lothramir @UltraDane It’s kind of funny the irrational fear people have of most dogs. A full grown male can with some resolve and using their brain kill or maim a dog in most cases. Only large guardian breeds are a major issue but even then the legs are still a major weakness.

@nic_carter @TuckerCarlson Evading taxes almost makes you a hero in today’s political climate. Every tax dollar goes to funding the machine that is wanting to grind you to dust. However, I also follow the rules because I am not about that life. The IRS will chase you to the ends of the earth.

@musorolegzo @LegitTargets I don’t think there is any verifiable number that is near 30m but he was brutal in his treatment of Haiti and other Caribbean colonies during their bid for Revolution. He still hardly compares to the terror of the mongols. Whole cities were slaughtered even to the last dog.

@Bird_Melodies @pupunoob All is fair as long as we can kick out all people from SEA that are working in western countries. Something tells me you would big time be losing such an exchange. Your numbers in our countries are actually driving up prices. In your country we are statistically insignificant.

@TielWaters @nanmanboi I can assure you the handful of expats are not making things more expensive. I can’t speak for Thailand but in the Philippines there are only like 170k or so foreigner and most are Chinese. Maybe only 20k westerners live here. It’s illogical to think we statistically matter.

@nanmanboi It’s all fair game so long as people also stay in their own countries and don’t migrate to western countries. I have also seen what has come of that and I can assure you we also don’t want any of what mass migration brings. Barring that I would say just live with it.

The law assumes you have all the time in the world to analyze the situation perfectly and then respond with proportional force. Criminals should basically be allowed to be killed in such situations. They made their choice and it wasn’t a good one.

How about the Mongols extermination of basically everyone they crossed paths with. Maybe the Islamic expansion post Muhammad? Rwanda? Basically every race has done it.

@kulotissima They will allow this but reject people that want to sustainably grow lumber. Basically replanting the same species that you cut down. I am starting a coffee plantation and I wanted to plant narra, kamagong, molave, etc as shade trees but just settled on mahogany due to red tape.

Rome also overthrew the old kings and started the republic only for it to essentially go back to a centralized form of governance over the course of about two centuries post Punic wars. This is all is just human nature at play.

@JacobKinge @chizhao This sort of tactic is used in basically all financial markets. How much paper gold/silver is backed? Our currencies are backed by nothing but “good faith” as well. Nothing is backed so this is on par for the course to be honest. There is nothing earth shattering here.

@TheOrdinaryZB @ginghambitch Most of the time, the intelligent guy is probably not a know it all but the woman is interpreting his actions that way because they have an inferiority complex. This can also happen with men too but this is my experience when people say these sorts of things.
