Working in the government to try and protect the rights and services for seniors in this country is becoming bleak as fuck. These people are literally dying and have worked their entire lives and their needs are being debated lmfao. Trump is a fucking senior.

The meeting I went to at the end of the day where staff working with seniors described some of the calls they’re getting from terrified seniors who don’t have enough money to feed themselves and the care they’ve been counting on has been defunded
