A "role boundary" is something that should only exist in a contract, which might include "etc." after one's list of roles. Instead, Steers is worried about "labour law".

Employers should feel entirely free to ask their staff to do some things, as they arise, that are necessary for the business, without wondering about whether the state approves.

A player can refuse to be sold btw (can just not sign)

When there 2 years left on his contract we didn't even have a SD as we were in between them , then Schamkdte was brought in only to take care of incomings and when Hughes arrived there was around 1 year left on his deal. Trent's case was a mess

@LFCApproved I think the key argument made is selling them all at once, in isolation I'd argue none of them were bad deals but 9 outgoings with some of them key for depth and where the ingoings while expensive are not as many ends up costing us now
