They send out internal phishing test emails to see who will click malicious links.

The first one was an email from UPS about a missed package.

I didn't click it.

I'm a professional.

The second one was a notice about mandatory password resets.

I ignored it.

I know how SSO works.

But yesterday, they sent an email titled "Leftover catering in the third-floor breakroom."

It included a button to RSVP for a slice of gourmet cheesecake.

I clicked it so fast my mouse almost broke.

Instead of cheesecake, I got a red screen telling me I had failed a cybersecurity drill.

Now I have to take a 45-minute online training module about email vigilance.

This is pure entrapment.

If you promise an engineer free dairy products, all threat models go out the window.

¿Existen las "palabrotas" en japonés?

SÍ, pero funcionan MUY diferente al español.

No es un idioma de groserías gráficas o directas, sino de nivel de agresividad y de romper las reglas sociales.

1.- Las palabras base
「ばか」(Baka) o 「アホ」(Aho): Puede ser un simple "tonto" entre amigos, pero con el tono correcto, a un desconocido, es un insulto directo.
「くそ」(Kuso): Literalmente "mierda". Se usa más como desahogo o interjección ("¡Maldita sea!").

2.- El comodín: 野郎 (Yarō)
Significa "tipo" o "sujeto", pero se usa como sufijo para convertir algo en un insulto (tipo "bastardo" o "cabrón").
→ 馬鹿野郎 (Bakayarō) = ¡Maldito idiota!
→ くそ野郎 (Kusoyarō) = ¡Pedazo de mierda!

3.- Formas agresivas de decir "TÚ"
En japonés hay muchas formas de decir "tú". Usar las equivocadas es buscar pelea:
「てめえ」(Temee): Muy agresivo, de barrio.
「きさま」(Kisama): Forma de anime/yakuza.
(Por cierto, "Kisama" 貴様 originalmente significaba "noble y honorable señor", pero irónicamente se degradó hasta convertirse en un insulto gravísimo).

4.- La verdadera agresión: Romper la cortesía:
En japonés, la falta de respeto es el peor insulto.
Pasar abruptamente de hablar formalmente (con 「です - desu・ます - masu」) a la forma directa o coloquial sin tener la confianza para hacerlo, se siente frío, hostil y es una declaración de guerra.

5.- El "Insulto implícito" o la ley del hielo:
A veces, no decir nada es lo peor. Responder con respuestas cortas, secas o ignorar las normas de etiqueta básicas es una forma brutal de insultar a alguien sin usar una sola grosería.

🇯🇵 En japonés "insultas" con tu actitud, tono y destruyendo la distancia social.
Por eso en el anime a veces la traducción suena "suave" (solo dicen "tonto" o "tú"), pero en su contexto original duele igual o más.

you had to be there to experience this scene when onk s1 was airing. the adaption, manaka iwami voice acting, mephisto in the background and then you realize that the episode ended leaving you spechless and with chills... it was a MASTERPIECE.
