@mathoncbro Great Q! We do see < additive effects when testing combos with overlap in target populations. Population-based synergy as we define it may appear additive in a bulk assay, but the distinction is that the drugs are targeting distinct groups, rather both acting on all groups.

By considering population heterogeneity, we uncover therapeutic opportunities invisible in bulk and expand the viable drug pool. This approach provides a framework for developing strategies to overcome therapy resistance in melanoma and potentially other cancers. (10/10)
