This is the electric plane Elon dreamed of!
Anders Forslund of Heart Aerospace joins @Jason to show off their electric plane, which used up just $5 worth of power for a full 20-minute trip.
Could this change short-haul flights? What locations would these flights best be used at?
Introducing fal's H3 Max Director, the first natively continuous real-time frontier video model for action-controlled long-form generation.
Unlike H3 Max and other video models, H3 Max Director generates a single continuous video stream, maintaining context over time rather than chaining together discrete clips.
It’s the technology behind https://t.co/5BhqcfNMDW, our experimental infinite AI livestream where viewers interact with and shape what gets generated in real time.
Now, we’re making the underlying model available via API.
For the first two weeks, all H3 Max Director generations are 75% off.
Aaaaaaand we're live!

A persistent, infinite, point-and-click adventure.
Every picture is a fork. Click something in it, decide what happens, and the world grows in that direction.
5 things that helped my new YouTube channel take off:
1. INFO CALLS
@jspujji taught me to have frequent informational calls with people who do YouTube well.
In one of I learned to turn on ads. In another, I learned how vidIQ can be a thought partner when I'm refining topics.
I try to have 1 call like that every week. More than that, I get overwhelmed with too many diverse ideas.
2. DATA
@chooserich showed me how to look at the minute-by-minute view data that YouTube gives.
That helped me cut my fluff out. But he also showed me when not to give a fuck and do what I love.
3. X
X is the best indicator of what the rest of the world will talk about.
When @pbteja1998's X posts about putting together an army of OpenClaw agents got huge views here, I interviewed him and got my first breakout hit with 98k views
4. LEAN INTO NOT KNOWING
I like doing videos about topics I don't know. I like learning. So I ask people like @cooperx86 & @mooses41 to come on and teach me. Then the audience learns with me.
5. PR
Private self-promotion helps a lot. I'm embarrassed to do it, but I do it anyway.
When I have a hit video, I text/DM/email it to potential guests. @boringmarketer got a few screenshots of videos that got over 100k views. He ignores most of it and still hasn't done an interview, but I believe he will.
When I talk about someone on an episode, I email them. @dhh got emails when I talked about Omarchy.
Some of those emails led to interviews.
WHAT DID NOT WORK:
Talking about my YouTube channel here on X doesn't get many new viewers, but I'll link it in case you want to see what I'm up to:

Here’s the demo we showed at the SF Omarchy Meetup:
A fully functional Omarchy companion UX running on a $10 iPod touch 4, powered by PocketJS.

Holy macaroni, a few hours ago I wouldn't have thought it's possible. Running omarchy quattro on my pinephone. It's beautiful. All the basics are working: touch, wlan, mic, bluetooth.. just needs tons of UI optimizations @dhh
Today, we're sharing new research on GWM Worlds 2. Our latest General World Model that generates interactive real-time simulations in continuous 720p video at 24 fps with 48000 Hz audio.
Built on top of our foundational audio-visual generation model, GWM Worlds 2 allows you to define the environment, subjects, visual style, physical rules and ambience of any world. Once inside, you steer it with text actions addressed to any subject or to the scene itself, alongside continuous camera motion.
The world continues from each new input instead of following a fixed clip or script so sessions have no preset length. GWM Worlds 2 creates a new foundation for interactive entertainment, virtual characters, robotics and embodied-agent simulation.
