Around two years ago, I was still an employee at Tesla Taiwan. Unfortunately, I almost developed mental and physical health issues, so I chose to leave to protect myself. The reason was the directly reporting Sr. MarComm manager in the company who everyone was too afraid to speak out against or take action against.
The reason it took me over two years to address this is that under his negligent and inappropriate management, my mental and physical well-being faced a significant crisis. It took me all this time to regain the strength to confront it.

I now have no vested interest in this manager or the company, but by speaking out, I hope to help other potential or yet-to-be-heard victims find relief.
