. @RahmEmanuel says America needs to get serious about what’s happening in its classrooms, arguing the country has grown too comfortable with students falling behind.

Asked by @BretBaier about a potential 2028 presidential run, Emanuel pivots to what he says is his priority right now: education. He points to roughly half of children not reading at grade level and says the answer is fixing schools, strengthening teacher training and getting back to the fundamentals.
