Territory Manager Curtis S. was out visiting White Lake Colony out near Nobleford, AB, this week and caught another #CLAAS XERION in action! This XERION 4500 is pulling a 60ft #Horsch Avatar disc drill, seeding 2.5 lbs/acre canola at 7mph. We're looking forward to seeing that field turn green!

Anyone transitioning to retaining more residue in their farming system will understand that it is not without its challenges. 2020 harvest resulted in more residue than we have previously had to deal with. Seed soil contact was often problematic, particularly with canola.

“1) Elon was at the Zuma Incident Command Post. Word of such got back to Newsom who quickly called CHP HQ, demanding the CHP at Zuma immediately remove Elon from the incident grounds.

2) CalFire has strict orders to all incident management team members that they shall NOT have any free Starlinks from Elon or use them.

3) There are credible sources advising two other action items will occur soon:

A) CalFire will issue a memorandum telling all employees they cannot use Starlink nor have it on their CalFire vehicles

B) The LA County Board of Supervisors are pissed Elon was there and did what he did. The same style memorandum is allegedly coming down to LA County Fire.

Clearly politics are prevailing in this crisis, and it’s absolute bs. Cell coverage is far in between across both the Palisades Fire & Eaton Fire. FirstNet, AT&T, Verizon, etc. Infrastructure is destroyed, and the temporary cell towers established are purely overloaded.”

A small reservoir for irrigating circles was designed & implemented with #T3RRA by a potato grower in the Pacific NW.
Water will come out of the canal into the reservoir, then out to the circles. Nice job 👏
