My friend, mentor, and teacher, Prof. Kivutha Kibwana paid me a visit at home today to check on me after my brutal experience in the hands of the police. He encouraged me to take care of my body, keep safe, but never allow the spirit to die! We shared about safety and wellness in the fight for better governance. It's important to take care of ourselves even as we seek to take care of everyone else.

We also shared some juice and a little jokes.

Let's continue demanding #JusticeForAlbertOjwang and do all we can to end police brutality and extra Judicial killings by any means necessary.
