QuickBooks Online Payroll Review - Avoid Product - There Are Much Better Solutions

I’m have been a QuickBooks Payroll (QBP)customer for six years. We rely on it to pay all our staff who are mostly hourly employees who use their pay checks to pay rent, and buy groceries and gasoline. Thirteen days ago QBP stopped allowing me to add new employees to our payroll. Three customer service calls and three hours of my time later, the problem has not been resolved. The only thing I know for sure is that the problem it on the QBP side and resulted from a software upgrade the company released. I have not been able to pay one employee for two weeks (I’ve been handing her cash) and I can’t add additional new employees to our payroll. I’ve actually been told by QBP that “It may take two months for this issue to be fixed”.

My advice, if you are a QuickBooks customer, do not sign up for QuickBooks Payroll. The company seems, based on my direct experience, incapable of supporting the product. Payroll is mission critical, so use proven IT vendors like ADP for this service.

I received this email on Friday 3/27. A ten day wait to hear back on a payroll problem.

I’m now on day 14 of my inability to pay some employees via QuickBooks Payroll (QBP) due to a problem with a new QBP software release. I’m running payroll again today and handing out cash to some employees who I can’t pay with QBP.

@nypost Why would she say this? She was entitled to present herself in whatever way she chose. Maybe she wasn’t comfortable presenting herself that way & is blaming others for her own insecurity. I never heard anyone say how they thought she should wear her hair. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
