Russia has lost the war in Ukraine. Its strategic objectives have been shredded. Crimea is not safe for the Black Sea Fleet or any major military installation. NATO has been expanded by Finland and Sweden joining (very significant in terms of control of land and sea areas). The Russian /army has been proven to be pretty much a clown show (a lot of them, but not very effective). Most of Russia's professional army is pushing up sun flowers. Most of its "modern" (by Russian standards) equipment is gone. There is no prospect for Russia to conquer Ukraine at this point and it is unclear that it can take any major city as long as Ukraine has ammunition.
Russia is isolated internationally as never before. Sanctions of some form will continue as long as it occupies parts of Ukraine. The diversion of liquidity and manpower to the military will have lasting negative impacts. No Russian war aims have been achieved.
Ukraine grows stronger every month with expanded conscription and more modern Western weapons.
Russia can keep throwing cannon fodder into the front, but without any significant tactical impact.
